Nice work. Excellent depth of field. Now go find a feature quality car in your area, shoot it and submit it. Magazines frequently have a hole to fill in a particular issue--or maybe they just have the wrong "mix" of cars that month. Either way, you have nothing to lose.

Dan has the perfect car. Great quality, killer stance and it ain't a Camaro. (Magazine guys are always on the lookout for non-Camaros because the Camaros fall in their laps)
And don't think for a second that Dan's car ain't "feature quality". Magazine cars rarely if ever look as good in person. A good photographer makes them look perfect. One step to the right or left can get rid of a little waviness in the sheetmetal. A little cropping here and there can do wonders--especially with interior photos.

LOL, thanks Josh - I might make it in Super Chevy for the Columbus show coverage. Maybe you should come take some pics of my Nova!

Wow, thanks Steve! :thankyou: My car is a decent driver, but would definitely take a good photographer (or some PhotoChop magic) to get it just right for a photo shoot.

COngrats on the coverage and the Nova looks excellent. Nailed the stance too. My only confusion is that the article talks about Michael but under your name on this site it sais Josh??

Michael owns the car....Josh (Kuhlryde) was credited for the pic of Michaels car.

Ain't that the truth.. good photography and a great art department can work wonders.. The car just has to have the right "look" (stance, color, etc)
So what is this car you speak of?? :)
