Axle retainer plate torque

I'm installing a parking brake setup on a Moser 9" with big Torino ends. I can't seem to find the torque requirements for the axle retainer plate bolts. Does anyone know what these should be torqued to?

35 ft/lbs, same as the pumpkin.
