I have a 65 special convertible. Spc front uppers, springs, tall ball joints and currie arms in the rear. Currently have "Hotchkis" bilsteins. I'm no expert but I think I'd prefer the softer compression and firmer rebound that these shocks offer, especially in a convertible. Anyone use either, or both? I'm leaning towards the hq because of the warranty.

I ordered the ridetech hq, mainly because of the warranty.

We have put a lot of effort in to offering a tuned shock package for all of our cars after switching to the Fox bodied shocks. The level of tuning we are offering is on line with the top race teams in the world and is the best shock on the market in our price range.
