Vintage Traffic Signal

Got this from a friend, who was cleaning out his grandfather-in-laws attic.

I don't know anything about it, other than it's brand new and would look sweet mounted in my garage.

Is there any value to these? Conversion kits to run them on household voltage and cycle/flash the lights?

Ive got a walk/do not walk light and a stop light. I found little flashers that set in the bulb socket and the bulb at radio shack years ago. I have it wired to a plug that I just plug into an outlet.
