If I we're looking to widen a cars rear quarters a little (maybe even the fenders) how does one do that without having to cut out and replace with different metal or anything else

I know that's right!!!
I don't really know of a way to widen without cutting...you can probably stretch the fenders and quarters some when you roll the fender lips

Natural flares maybe but it will take a lot of time and skill to do correctly

My coworker just bought that tool and he says it worked great for rolling his fenders but it was a PITA. It says it can be used to flare also and I was thinking of doing it to The Bird but I couldn't tell you how well it flares.

you cannot widen your fenders more than a "pull" without flower pedaling AT LEAST and adding metal.. plus you have to factor the inside of the fender after all is said and done on the pretty side...

you want something good you gotta pay someone good to do it.. or get good real fast by trying and failing a few times on your own car.. but I would venture to say there is enough info online to give you an idea of how it works..
