Looking to possibly buy a 3rd member from them. Any good or bad? Or should I just stick with Moser?

I've had a QP 9" housing and third member in my car for about 7 years now. While I've had some issues with the housing, mainly leaks and bearing issues, the third member has held up pretty well. I lost a pinion bearing about this time last year and had all new bearings put in the third member, along with a new yoke then I just lost the clutch pack in the trac loc last month which I replaced with a newly rebuilt unit. The ring and pinion gears still look great and are holding up well which tells me the third member itself was set up correctly.

I just received a Yukon center section with all the components. I elected to purchase all the parts individually, as they have a 3wk wait on complete center sections. The shipping was fast and they answered all the question I had.

Ok, I'm not sure how I feel about them yet as i have no miles on one yet. I just received my QP fabricated 9" housing, 31 spline QP axles, and complete Yukon center section. You can't beat their price points and I've been impressed with their customer service. However, I have been less than impressed on a few things. The fabbed housing looks really nice, but not finished perfectly. When I pressed in the center section studs I found some holes to be drilled at a slight angle. There was also some welding slag on the sealing surface for the center section. When I ordered the axles I wanted timken tapered outer bearings, I received standard roller bearings with seals that were installed on the axle dry. The press in wheel studs on the axles were not fully seated. The center section looks good, the tooth pattern is 95% in my personal opinion, backlash is good. The only problem with the center section was how it was shipped. They threw it into a new five gallon bucket and straight into a box, no plastic bag, nothing to prevent corrosion. However, the center section was not damaged in any way, and they do offer a storage container i should of upgraded too. All my complaints are small and easily fixed. Mike at QP was more than eager to fix any of my issues. If these are my only problems I will definitely be a repeat customer.

FWIW, I ended up buying my housing from detroit speed and one of the pumpkin studs was pressed in crooked too. Also bought the third member directly from Moser, they didn't used a bag over it either and no box. Just placed in a plastic box.

+1 on Quick performance..
I ordered a my 3rd member from them. Strange HD case with a detroit tru track and Motiv 3.25 gears which was then installed in to my Speedway Eng floater. I received mine pretty quickly in maybe a week or so and the price was cheaper than others. It did come shipped in a 5 gallon bucket inside of a box(possibly double boxed i cant recall exactly) what ever the packaging, i thought it was adequate..
The most important thing tho was almost no noise from the rear end at all. Sometimes on the highway from like 60-65 mph i can hear it faintly singing in the background but that's about it. This leads me to believe also that they know how to assemble the rears correctly.
