Gee, i think you gave us too much info, to make an educated guess. I'll second carls advice, his CV pan is pretty nice and moderatly priced. IF price isn't a concern milodon makes some nice road race pans

Sorry for the lack of information..

It have to be for trackracing as well as streetracing not just for dragracing.
As much oilcapacaty as possible without interfeering with the rest of the stuff.

Were can I find the "CV-pan"? It looks nice.. Is it expensive?

You can either get the pan directly from CV or from the actual manufacturer who supplies this pan to CV.

CV Products:
CV 1080 LT (http://www.cvproducts.com/cv/products/specItem.aspx?prodID=1628&keyword=1080lt&brandID=18)

JR Manufacturing:
CP80LT-RR (http://www.champpans.com/wetsumpsbcv8.html)

Moroso, Milodon, kevco, canton, & CV Products all make great pans.

The CV products pan is a great value, as it includes a louvered windage tray and it is priced right. If you go with the CV Products pan and are going to use it on the street and road racing, you might go with the CV1080LTRR pan. It has the same exterior dementions as the CV1080LT pan, but they add an additional trap door in the pan to gear it more towards road racing.

CarlC,

Is the 8" deep pan lower than your headers? My stock pan is only 7" deep, and I'm worried about the extra 1" hanging down. I really want everything to be above the level of the subframe rails if possible. ledfoot, so it fits your 3.75" stroke OK? Windage tray OK with the long stroke?

The pan does not hang below the headers or frame. There's a picture on my website that shows the assembled engine and headers. The site has been busy lately so it may be offline occasoinally.
