I came across this 62 bubble top project and am trying to get an idea what it's worth. This was a 6 cylinder column shift car that had a 409 4spd swapped in at some point. Car is now a roller. Usual rust spots in lower rears and rear body mounts and needs a little floor work.

I sold a running but not drivable V8 car 5 years ago for $10K. As you may know the production numbers on 62 Bubbletops were very low which makes some of their specific trim pieces very hard to come by. The body side molding for the quarters and doors are the hardest and most expensive to find, I've seen usable side trim for just 1 quarter go $800. How complete the car is makes a big difference in the value.

That's like my Holy Grail for B-bodies, next to a 67 Impala SS 427. I'd think anywhere from $6-8k with no engine even. I'd be an awesome pro-touring car, but I'd be very temped to find a dual quad 409, leave the 4 speed, paint it black with red guts and do a 62 Super Stock style drag car.
