I have a speedometer dilemma

Before I decided to go fuel injection I bought a cable driven Speedo from Autometer's custom shop. Now that I'm putting a 5spd Tremec to go behind an LS engine do I need an electric one? Or can I convert the trans to use a cable?

You can buy the TKO tranny with either a mechanical or electric speedo gear.
