I am looking for a good 4 link or 3 link set up for my car. It will be going on a moser 9". This is all in a 77 Trans Am. I can't seem to find a 3 link kit much less one with a watts link. I can not find ANYONE who offers one except art morrison. I was set on the DSE 4 link, but am not convinced that it won't bind. I want to be able to corner hard and such. I do not like the ridetech bolt in triangulated 4 link because It seems that there would be trade offs and weak points being a bolt in. Bolt in stuff always rubs me that way. I am asking who offers some of this stuff and which should I go with? Does anyone offer a triangulated 4 link other than ridetech and AME? Who here loves their DSE 4 link and doesn't see any binding issues?

You could always weld in the Ridetech 4 link too.

DSE link arms have there patented swivel link ends on them prevent any binding. No way can it bind with in its range of motion. I installed and sold a bunch of them and love how they handle. Another option you have not mentioned is Speedtech torque arm.

Not sure how I feel about a torque arm. Seems big and cumbersome. It does bolt right in tho doesn't it? Do all these options take away the ability to run 3" exhaust?

Just watch the auto x times put down in some of these cars. The DSE test cars, Brian Finch and other Quadra link cars are consistently at the top of the heap. I am sure there is a reason that Stielow has used them for his last several builds. If there was any bind, these guys would have found it by now. The Finch and Tucker second gens are driven harder than any other car out there with the exception on Hobaugh or Mary Pozzi's car who are on the same level but with different setups.

We have a Torque Arm with a Watts Link (Video in my signature)

The one obstacle I see is, although we make a 9" Kit, it is for use with a specific Strange Engineering Housing which we engineered our mounts to.

I have the bmr kit very happy with the way it fits and looks very well made. don't have it on the road yet so cant give you any feed back. also have the ridetech coilovers also look great. https://static1.pt-content.com/images/pt/2015/06/SDC12158-1.jpg (http://s260.photobucket.com/user/kevinbreedon/media/SDC12158.jpg.html)

That does look great but im set on a moser 9 inch. I guess there is no particular reason I can think of. I did my rear end research some time ago, so I am not sure y I picked it over the strange, but I am sure there was a reason.

Maybe I should get the DSE 4 link, its been installed a bunch and works great right? I was also thinking of the AME IRS, but its a stiff price and I'm what is gained is worth the price increase.

Why are watts link kits so hard to come by though?

Packaging a watts link is fun and drives the price up over a panhard. In most cases watts is for the hardcore. 3" exhaust around any aftermarket rear suspension can be challenging. DSE quadralink works great, no doubt about that.

Hi Schroeder,
We offer a triangulated 4-link system that welds securely to the stock frame rails and floor. There's also an option to remove the stock frame rails and install our new 2x3 rails which are mandrel-bent and fabricated to fit the stock floor. With both versions you cut a small pocket in the floor for the upper control arm mount. We do this because otherwise it would be too short to allow proper geometry.

You can read about the various 4-link configurations here: http://www.cachassisworks.com/c-342-canted-4-bar-suspensions.aspx

Schroeder, what's the interested for swapping out the leaf setup? Are you going to be racing? A factory GM 8.5 10 bolt and leaf spring can be made to work very well with tuned shocks, sway bar and bushings.
