What belt tensioner do I use when running ls3 water pump on 5.3l truck accessories? Also any pictures available?

Just use an LS3 tensioner. The LS3 and truck accesories use the same spacing.

Edit, I was thinking of the L99 water pump. That's what I used on my setup to run truck accessory spacing. The L99 uses the same spacing as the truck stuff.

Do you already have the LS3 water pump? If not, I'd go with the L99 pump. Otherwise you'll have to use spacers to push it out the right amount. Your options are run the L99 pump with the L99 tensioner. Everything bolts up, no spacers needed. Or run the LS3 pump with spacers, and the LS3 tensioner. Your choice.
