I am tempted to put this in the emergency room, cause it is borderline emergency.
I got my MAF, k and n filter and chrome elbow today for the GTO. Well, like alot of things, the elbow interferes with too much and just will not work. I need a 4" od hard elbow with a 60 degree bend. Any suggestion on who might have something like this. I am sure that somewhere in the K and N add on stuff, there is one avalible, but no way of knowning which one I need. If you can picture a 60 degree bend and about 1 1/2" straight on each end, that is what I need. If anyone has used any aftermarket fresh air piping to move your airfilter and can remember what the application was on, please let me know. I am trying to find a muffler shop to bend one, but the one horse town I live in, it is like trying to find gold. I got to come up with this before we can start the car. Remember, I gotta leave for SEMA in five days. Any help would really be appriciated.

if you need it in steel you could alway take a 90 bend and cut it and reweld it, probably not SEMA worthy though, try ebay, tons of stuff like that there
EDIT
try stainless works, they custom bend all kinds of stuff, get it in stainless and have them bend it for you you can polish it after, sure they could do it in a day and send it out.
