After talking to Ron Sutton about using longer Crown Vic lower control arms I have been contemplating building a similar item for my Monza or at least modify the originals.
My idea also would allow for using S10/Gbody ball joint.
Since I had planned on using custom SPC uppers that issue is moot.
So any opinions, ideas, warnings?
My reasoning is so I can get away from such a shallow back space as I have too use right now(15x7 3.5 bs).
One other plan was to dial in a degree or two extra caster.
I have looked at lots of other control arms, between the cost and availability I just figured doing it my way might be more entertaining as well as educational.
My plan had been to extend them 2 to 3 inches.
Again, thoughts, warnings, tips will all be appreciated.
