my car is a 1969 Camaro.

I have some ATS spindles.

Also, would a Corvette 18 X 9.5" rim fit on my 69 Camaro in the front?

The offset of a Corvette wheel will require a spacer no matter which style because of the offset.

That is what I was thinking, like a 2" spacer.
With using a spacer, that should give it more clearance of the caliper clearing the spokes, correct?

They will clear with the spacers, the spacers are necessary to clear the suspension. You would actually need a bolt on spacer/adapter due to that thickness. I don't think the 9.5" will fit the front of a Camaro.
