Front wheel inner bearing on my daily, the cage broke up releasing the rollers. Took the rotor off, the inner race of the inner bearing is locked on the spindle. Any suggestions for removal?

Cutoff wheel on an angle gently till the pressure makes it crack the last little bit.

You don't have to cut it all the way through, about half way and then chisel and hammer should crack it.

heating it will loosen it. Rule of thumb is to heat it until putting a drop of water on it will sizzle (spit on it). That's around 220 degrees. You don't want to heat the spindle to where it affects the heat treat but that's much hotter.

Quick update-
First, thanks all for the input
Last Night: Hit the race with a propane torch until water sizzled, then grabbed a pipe wrench to engage the race on the roller retaining lip on the outboard of the race. Leaned on the wrench, but due to the taper in the race, whenever it turned (I got about 90 degrees out of it), the angle of the taper had the race being driven back against the oil seal seat. Don't see how i can grab the race to turn it and pull it toward the open end of the spindle.
So, tonight i plan to set up the compressor in the garage and i'll attack it with a whizz wheel.

Closure-
Spent the last couple eves situating the Exploder so's I can reach it with an air line.
Then I took a whizzz...
wheel to the race. Surprised me how easy it cut. Banged a chisel in the slot it cut w/ a BFH, race broke about the 5th whack. Drove the chisel between the oil seal lip and the race and levered the race into submission.
Thanks again for the input

Maybe not so closed
Inner bearing will not fit spindle. Can feel some ridges- what do I need to take them down? Lightly dress w/ a fine file?
