hey guys! new guy here and I hope im in the right section with this question. if not just direct me and ill be on my way haha.
problem is this.. ive ordered 17x11 wheels with 5" backspace and I think the spring perches are going to be a problem. I believe that they will actually be setting on the housing ends. does this sound correct? I originally was going with DSE set up but been looking into the bolt in 4 link from Ridetech. Car is 68 Camaro mini tubbed. going to narrow rear but from my measurements its going to be 54.25" from axle flange to axle flange. With my disc brake set up it will be at the 54.75" that DSE recommended for their wheel tubs/springs and such to work. My wheels center in the wheel wells but im afraid the lower 4 link bars/tire will have issues. How can I know for sure? anything you can help with will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
