I currently have qa1 coilovers in my 1964 Buick sportwagon. Handles nice now. But I'm looking at keeping my coil over shocks. And adding speedtech afx spindals and spc upper and lower arms w helix sway bars.. Anybody on here have good luck w those front parts? Also will be adding vette brakes w Kore 3 brackets. Also does anybody know any year 12 bolt rear end that will bolt in my 65 Buick w same track width? Thanks

The StreetComp AFX package with SPC arms and AFX tall spindles is an outstanding idea. The QA1 coil over hybrid package will work the same as it does with stock spindles. FWIW the SC-AFX and QA1 hybrids are part of the package Scott Parkhurst used to take 1st place in Car Craft`s Real Street Eliminator with his `67 Chevelle wagon. They were already on the car so we just did an AFX-Performance Package minus the front springs and shocks. You can`t go wrong with Kore 3 either.
For sway bars though I`d strongly recommend going with Hellwig instead. We`ve worked with them to make an outstanding 4130 chrome moly tubular sway bar package for that car. The front one is the ONLY dedicated `64-`67 A body tubular bar on the market. It fits like a glove and frees up a lot of additional tire space inboard. Very important on the `64-`65 Buicks as the front fender clearances are a little tighter than the other GM A bodies of those years. The rear bar is a link mounted bar (not mounted to the trailing arms) and is adjustable in rate. We recommend going one setting firmer on the wagons than on coupes to compensate for the higher rear CG of the wagon. Both are very reasonably priced and 100% made in USA. :)
