Push or Pull Electric fans ?

I notice most radiator kits come with fans that pull air through the radiator but have also seen quite a few vehicles that run pusher fans on the other side of the radiator . Is one better than the other or is it just a matter of preference ?

Pullers function better.

Pullers are more efficient. Pushers only if there just isn't room to fit a puller for some reason.

Pullers by far. I'd only ever run a pusher as an auxiliary to a good mechanical.

Pullers. Even if it requires some core support modding or moving the engine back for clearance-whatever it takes you'll be better off in the long run. You can never go too big with regards to electric fans-you can always control/dial down an overkill fan system-you can't however, try to dial up an inferior one.
