I'm converting a fox body t5 to hydraulic using a bracket and CNC brand slave cylinder.

I adjusted the rod so that it was snug to the fork and then depressed the clutch pedal, but the fork did not return to it's original spot. for the next 2-3 pedal depressions, the fork would move forward and not retract. after that, when depressing and releasing the pedal, the fork would move forward and retract. Why can I not get this fork (and TOB) to retract? I'm using a wilwood master cyl if that makes any difference. The TOB would slide smoothly on the input shaft sleeve prior to installation.

Only advice I can think of is try bleeding it some more. Did you reverse bleed the system?

You might be overcentering the pressure plate fingers. The pressure plate should return the fork on its own. Try not to release the clutch TOO much if ya catch my drift.
