distribution block delete

I'm replacing the factory mc on my 68 cougar with a newer dual bowl mc. I'm also adding an adjustable proportioning valve and re running all the lines throughout the car.

My question is whether instill need the factory distribution block or not?

Never mind, after more research decided I don't need the distribution block.
