Borla Xr1 for First Gen Camaro

What model are you all using for a 3 inch exhaust on a first gen Camaro? Round? Oval? offset inlet/outlet?

I was going to go with the XR1's for mine, but unfortunately I was told they only come in the straight configuration, no offset inlet/exit so I went with their Pro XS

I like my Pro XS mufflers as well. 3" in/out. I'm running them on a second gen. Here is a picture (ignore the road rash):

I also went with the Borla Pro XS mufflers and love the tone. They are really quiet even with turn downs at the rear axle. I have a 2.5" Pypes X pipe into 2.5" mufflers.

I went with the Borla XR1 sportsman 3inch in/out mufflers. Love them.

So the Borla are not overly loud? I have a pair of Flowmaster 50 series with turn downs and they are just a tad too loud for me. Looking for something a little more quiet.

Steve, ya ditch the flowmaster`s and consider either the Pro XS, or the Magnaflows ... I would not recommend getting the XR1`s as they would be too loud (no offset anyway). I have not driven mine on the street yet with the LS7 (hopefully this week !) but when I had the 496BBC the Pro XS where just perfect.
