Seen that stuff done on TV, but wondered what kind of pricing surrounded that. Seems other than talent and having a tub big enough there is not a lot of product cost. Wonder how it compares to powder coating etc

It is not as durable as powder coat. Usually you get an automotive grade clear over the film and it's about as durable as that.

When I had a few motorcycle parts done, I got the lower sliders and triple trees done for about $150. Thought it was a really good deal at the time.
