hey guys I have a 69 Camaro pro-touring. I installed the whole aluminum billet pullies on my Camaro. the car has been sitting for 4 years. so its very dirty. The brackets and pullies has like spider web cracks on it. they say its dirty that been sitting. what do you recommend to use to remove to spider like cracks and what's the best tools and polish do I use. thanks.

Depending on what brand pulleys you have they could be clear coated, anodized or just polished. If the clear coat or anodizing is cracked, it would probably have to be removed and recoated. If polished, I would use Semi-Chrome or Flitz metal polish.

I was using that blue magic but it seem like it wasn't working. thanks once again.

There's a cotton wadding called "Never Dull" that works really well, and Mothers is another good polish. As Steve said the Semi-Chrome is a good one too. I haven't used the Flitz yet though.

If you want to not worry about polishing all the time, I would get them medial blasted and then hard anodized.
