Fit? Yes. But your compression would be would be less than 7:1. And the valves will hit the bore.

The open chamber heads are much better, but the good compression ones, came on the 350 H.O. version (18s), so those would be hard to find. I'm not sure if the 1.96/1.66 valves would clear the tiny bore (The 326 had a 3.72 vs. the 350s 3.875). But, if you do find they clear, those would be the way to go.

You could also consider the lower non-H.O. versions (17s, 14s, 47s) but you'd need to mill them quite a bit to get them in range.
