I know there has to be a formula for determining it. I am considering using a transverse leaf on the trike's rear suspension and need to know the arc the eyes will travel on through the suspension movement.
Also, would the spring rate of a leaf be dramatically different if used backwards? In other words, the suspension in "bump" would be bend the spring into a tighter arch, as opposed to flattening it.
