I have seen a few people go with the CooperBussman fuse panels (http://www.waytekwire.com/item/46346/). But I was wondering how people handle the IGN-ON circuits.

I was thinking of running a second panel and have one of their heavy duty relays be triggered by the ignition switch, but I am really not sure.

I wish I had an actual schematic of the electrical system, rather than just a wiring diagram. I guess I will make my own ;)

On serious applications, I build accessory harness kits using a 100A rated control relay which provides power to a fused panel. Simply trigger the relay(s) via the ACC or IGN terminal within the ignition switch on the column. I integrate everything in to be as stock looking as possible. Its the same way (using the 100A control relay) to provide IGN on power to a solid state module/relay bank to provide express down and up to as many as 5 or 6 windows at a time such as a Suburban with a gateglass for example. Some relays can handle a lot of power but you want it as a stand alone-dont run the power through the fusepanel anywhere-I would run a dedicated supply lead directly of a common 12V underhood junction point.
