To those of you building cars for SEMA: YOU FREAKIN' OUT YET?!?!? HUH?!?!
Geez...just about 2 weeks to go, and that's not counting the time it's going to take to get out here for you East Coast guys.
So just thought I'd post up and see how you are all doing!
Check in, let us know your progress. Can't wait to see all the cool cars the folks from this site are bringing. Bill's Goat, Frank's Camaro, Keith's Chevelle, and all the other great cars being built right now.
My Mustang is about 85% done right now. Hope to be 95% by the end of the week. Just waiting on my Forgelines so I can throw on my Precision Brakes system and then I think it's just a matter of getting my seats recovered and I'm off to the show.
The Chevelle is also almost done, it's being repainted and having a bunch of body work done (repairing flaws, smoothing it out a bit, etc.) and will be getting sprayed at the end of the week I hope!
I'm nervous, but definitely excited! :headbang:

That's all I need to see to know that it looks amazing. I think the car will be a hit. Congrats! From what I can tell, it's beautiful!

Well, we only have to fire the motor tomorrow, hang all the sheetmetal and do the interior, we have 8 days, were good. Were are the TV cameras anyway? We will give a undercarrige shot in project updates later. If we showed the rest of the car today, ya'll would sheot!
Not freakin out Kris, just another car, another day, another show!

LOL, funny thing is there are pictures posted all over the forum. One here, one there, you have to be on your toes to catch them all....there were two full side view ones in the junk section for two days.
I will post several up Monday week, that is the day before SEMA. I think Frank is planning to also.
