Doing a cam swap this week on my LS2. Swapping the cam, retention plate, oil pump, timing chain, push rods, springs, windage tray, pick up tube and oil pan. Any tips or tricks anyone would like to share? Or tips on how to assure I set the timing gear in the right position? The motor is currently on an engine stand which should Make it a bit easier. Just want to make are I do this right the first time. Thanks!
