Im thinking about doing my intake manifold but Im not sure if it will standup to the heat. Any thoughts?

My friend bought a crate LS3 that came with a hydro dipped intake. The cars been driving for a while and it still looks great.

What engine is it on? LS3 intakes don't get as hot as small block intakes.
