So this weekend I decided to install my ridetech front suspension and wilwood brakes on my newly paint subframe and low and behold to me the Frame needs to be clearanced for the muscle bar.....all the zuspsion went pretty smooth except this front bar...1st in the kit it says to use the 5/16 called head bolts ....we'll my sub was factory tapped for 3/8...so off to the hardware store. Then came to clearance (just loved cutting up my Naresh paint)...lol. any way here is a pic of how I clearanced the passenger side . Is this enough or do I need to go more? Keep in mind d it's not in the car and not at ride height...

11169100 Installation Instructions
1. This sway bar is designed for use with our lower StrongArms. Installation on other arms
may require modification.
2. Remove the end links from the factory sway bar. Then remove the bolts attaching the sway
bar to the frame.
3. On some cars, the compression stop bracket that is welded to the frame will need to be removed to allow clearance for the sway bar arm.

Given the instruction, I'd say you have to remove that whole compression stop to make more room at ride height and for compression travel.

Haha.....ya I know. Funny thing is I mocked up every thing except the muscle bar!
Guess I got more cutting and painting to do...

Yes, I cut the bracket off my car.
