I am looking for a second set of wheels and tires for autocross and competition events. I do Goodguys autocross some SCCA and I think I am going to do USCA Bowling Green KY. The car Is basically stock but lowered and I know great tires will give me more performance than any single suspension mod.

I was thinking some corvette wheels (maybe C7 Z06 replica) and come 275/40/17 front.
I think i could fit 305's on the back but can't really find good 200 tread wear tires in that size. I was looking at 18x10.5 wheels for the rear but can only find a lot of 275 options in tires. I am looking to have a lot of fun at USCA(novice class) but I need to get the best tires i can get under the car because I will have a knife at a gunfight.

I don't want to spend a lot on wheels because I am building a track car and any money i spend on this Formula is taking from my Camaro project. The corvette wheels and some Falken or Dunlop 200 treadwear tires could make a good combo if I can figure it out.

Thoughts.? I attached a pic of the formula and a pic of my camaro project.
