want to get some new leaf springs but not sure how low i can go??? my springs sag so cant measure off them... also my rear wheels are 17x8 with 4 1/2 back space with 255/45/17 tyres if that helps ....

Perhaps call DSE or one of the vendors that post on here and speak with them directly. This has been scienced out many times over so you should be able to get the stance you desire.

yeah sent some e mail as phone call could cost a bit....has anyone got a pic of their 69 f body with a 3" drop?

If going with DSE, I would get the 2" drop rear springs. The 3" are REALLY low, and in fact they make the rear look lower than the front IMHO. Here is my vert with the 3" drop DSE rear springs. The front has their speed kit 3, but was adjusted much higher than it is now. The wheels are 17" Budnik laterals. Hope it helps!

that is the height I want really and the fact you have 17" wheels helps a lot.....

Landrum has a variety of springs for your application. Reasonable prices and free advice.
