Well, this was me a few days ago. Car died on the highway. Couldn't figure it out on the street so I had to get towed home.
My ignition is a MSD 6al box, MSD blaster 2 coil and MSD pro-billet distributor.
The car cranks, but no fire. I rewired everything hoping a wire somehow backed out, but it's still not firing.
Took the coil wire off and there's no spark. Tried another coil, still no spark.
Any help?

Here is MSD's quick check of the box, I've had the exact same scenario and found out the box went bad.

Hope this helps

I had this same issue with my MDS 6AL box. I ran the above test and found no LED, box replaced under warranty.

Had similar symptoms. By ended up being the magnetic pickup in the distributor. 20$ part caused me a lot of grief.... Get hot.. Shut off.

It was the box.
I ended up tossing it all and put an HEI in just for peace of mind and less wires to worry about

I use the same ignition Bill Jenkins swore by, the stock Delco points distributor with 1969 Camaro 302 vented points, Delco coil and solid core copper wires....

Would that be Jenkins Toy?

MSD is absolute junk anymore-made in China and getting worse all the time. HEI with quality parts is hard to beat.

Yep, you're right. At least I was heading in that direction. I remember him well. If my memory serves me right, he ran in Super Stock. I can picture his cars today and I believe he always ran with the traditional Cragars S/S Wheels
