Front fender removal 69 camaro

It looks as tho Im going to have to build some custom headers so I think it will be easier to do with the fenders off. Will it be best to lift the front off in one peace, and who many guys dose that normally take? Thanks

Have you considered just removing the inner fenders so you don't have to worry about paint chips and realigning all the sheetmetal?

Building the headers WILL be much easier with the fenders off. Is this a running motor? Is so, you 'll have to drain the rad and unhook all the electrical to the rad support. Plus a lot more chance of chipping and scratching when you put it all back together. i would remove the hood and the fenders, but leave the rad support.
