66 Chevelle, headliner replacement, window replacement (NorCal)

So my 66 chevelle appears to have had some less than stellar repairs/installs done. The headliner is wavy and a bit loose (but seems to be in good shape) and there is so much window adhesive around front and rear window that I get mad every time I look at it. I'm not sure if that can just be trimmed down, or do I need someone to pop the glass and install correctly?

Any pointers would be appreciated
