Your options are determined by what engine brackets and steering box you are using.

You can run the Corvette accessory drive with the Hooker engine brackets only if you car is equipped with the Saginaw 700 type steering box, which was the OE box used on the Monte Carlo SS and Grand National cars. The Hooker brackets position the engine lower in the frame than other brackets so your options with the DD brackets may be different. Both the SD7 and R4 Holley brackets have been successfully used with the Hooker engine brackets in this application, but I've not seen an installation of the larger Sanden compressor yet.

Hi Toddoky -
Would the 82-92 IROC/WS6 steering box upgrade be considered a Saginaw 700 type steering box? I believe this is part number GM 7843512.

The IROC box does indeed appear to be based on the 700 box externally, but I cannot guarantee that it is since I've never held one in my hand to be able to validate it.
