Where to get braided power steering lines?

I just realized i have no power steering lines. I must have left them on my small block when i sold it now i need some new ones. Is there a good place to get them cheaper than like summit etc?

I ordered some Fragola hose and steel ends and made my own. Their hose is rated for 3000psi.

I went to the local NAPA store and purchased the necessary ends and some -6 hydraulic hose then took the items home and fitted everything then took the hoses back to NAPA and they crimped the ends on the hoses. Total cost was about $40 and the hoses are rated at 4000psi.

Did you use their 6000 series ptfe hose or the blue rubber?

I used the 6000 in stainless...didn't want the blue color.

That is what I did and used the 6000 series.

Question for you guys. I am using the GM type II pump with the plastic clip on reservoir. It has a plastic inlet for the return line. I don't think the -6 PTFE will fit over it.

I think my options are:

Cut the inlet off and install a -6 port

Use adapters on the rack and increase the size of the return hose to -8 or -10

Replace the reservoir with an aluminum one.

Any input?

Did some research and Detriot speed has a 1/4 npt to -6 steel adapter to convert their plastic reservoir to AN. I will buy it from Aeroquip as it's only $4 compared to $16 from DSE.

So does that return nipple thread in with npt threads?

Or just use a non teflon lined hose for the return. There's no pressure there.
