This is a brand new offering in the market! Perfect for those who don't want/need a Vaporworx Stainless setup.

Clear your Mini-Tubs and 3" Exhaust!

Please, don't mistake these as "close" to a Vaporworx setup, they are NOT, this is a stamped steel tank, built to accept an electric fuel pump and sending unit. Of course, there is a LARGE price difference, we are able to offer these with a Walbro Pump, Sending unit, Straps, Anti-Squeak and a Cap UNDER $600 FREE shipped in the 48 states! (Please PM or Call and let us know what motor/HP you are running so we can give you an accurate price as the pumps do vary in $)

This is a good tank, it will do the job just fine and we are able to ship it with one of several different Liter Per Hour Walbro USA made electric IN TANK fuel pumps depending on your fuel needs, a sending unit, straps, Anti-Squeak strap liners and a cap!

The Vitals:

This notched corner 69 Camaro and Firebird tank is perfect for mini-tub applications. The front of this tank is narrowed to 27" to clear up to a 345 tire and 3" exhaust. To help regain fuel capacity from the notched corners this tank is 1" deeper than stock. Even if you do not have a mini-tubbed car this tank will work on a stock car where you need a little more clearance for exhaust. Please note that this tank will not work with narrowed leaf spring kits.

When I spoke with tanks inc they assured me their narrowed and notched 67-68 tank would clear lead springs on a mini tub, but details in this thread express otherwise. do you have any light to shed on this?

The tank is the same width as stock other than the notches, so it will work with a standard leaf setup but not a narrowed leaf setup.

Is there a budget option available like this for the mini tub / leaf spring combo?

I'm running one of the tanks from tanks inc in my 67 Camaro. Nothing but good things to say about it.

The info we have from Rick's is that the tank was test fit in their shop Nova and it did not fit with offset shackles.

Based on this info, the options would be to run the Vaporworx tank system or swap to a 4 link or Torque Arm in the rear vs staying with leafs, which of course has many advantages.

PM me if you need info on any of the other options.

Thanks
Matt
