I have been throwing around the idea of possibly selling my 1970 Pontiac Lemans.

I have had the car since I was 15 years old (six years now) and it has just over 39k original miles on it.

Body:
-It has had one repaint in the past along with a new vinyl top, both are in good condition
-New rear chrome bumper
-NOS front chrome bumper
-Some rust along the bottom of the trunk lid and in the bottom of the rear passenger quarter
-New trunk weather stripping

Interior:
-Mostly Stock
-Scat Procar Seats
-Will include a center console that will need some work
-Can include original bench seat if that’s an issue

Suspension:
-Viking double adjustable coil-overs on the front w/ two sets of springs (550lb/in &450lb/in)
-Viking double adjustable shocks on the rear
-UMI 2” lowering spring in the rear
-UMI front upper control arms w/ 1/2 inch tall ball joints & poly bushings
-UMI front lower control arms w/ poly bushings
-UMI adjustable rear upper trailing arms w/ poly bushings
-UMI rear lower trailing arms w/ poly bushings
-UMI rear control arm braces
-UMI tie rod end adjusters
-All new Moog steering components
-Hotchkis sway bars front & rear (1.25” hollow front/1” solid rear)
-Year One 17" Rally II wheels (I have a set of the original I can include)
-Nitto 555 255/45/17 on the front
-Nitto 555 285/40/17 on the rear

Drive Train:
-Original Pontiac 350
-Original turbo 350 trans
-Original 8.2” 10 bolt BOP rear end w/ stock 2.73 gears
-New Champion Radiators aluminum radiator w/ thermostatically controlled electric fans
-Currently running rebuilt 2bbl carb but will include a ’70 4bbl intake
-New alternator
-New water pump/backing plate
-Will include an extra timing chain cover (not needed I just got it cheap)
-2.5” Pypes Pro Street exhaust from the stock manifolds back

With the exception of the sway bars and exhaust everything has probably less than 500 miles on it.

I know I am forgetting things so I will update this post as I remember (See my build thread in my sig for more info). I would like to get into a nice Grand National or T Type Buick so I need to know what you guys think I would list this for.

Thanks,
John

-Will also include an entire stainless steel brake line kit for the car.

These cars are pulling surprising $$ if they are rust free. I wouldn't take less than 12k. Honestly I wouldnt take 12k for my 70 LeMans (almost identical car 350 2bbl) and mine doesn't have the suspension upgrades. Car seems very nice and turn key for a nice cruiser.

Maybe start at $16,500?

A comparable Chevelle or Malibu would pull that no problem. Plus- even with the aftermarket upgrades your car appear to be un-molested.
