Me and my grand father are goingto start on his 1968 mustang fastback. We want to do as much upgrading as possible, while still keeping it iriginal as possible. That said what is a good mild suspension for this application.
Thank you peter

Your budget will determine the amount of upgrades you do. You probably need to talk that out first. I have a 66 coupe I've been working on. There's a multitude of suppliers out there from TCP (Total Control), Maier Racing, Global West, Ride Tech. I believe Detroit Speed has recently starting producing Mustang parts. A fairly new discovery is Mustangs to Fear. You also have Daze Cars that gives good information and parts without busting the bank. First things first, stiffen the car up with subframe and torque boxes, then look at your suspension components. The suspension will test your wallet because the cost varies widely from basic changes and upgrades up through tubular and four link and everything in between. Good luck peter, have fun.

We also debuted our new line of Mustang products. We've been offering swaybars, springs and shocks for the last year in a nice, compliant suspension and have stepped it up this year with Upper Control Arms, Adjustable Strut Rods and Subframe Connectors this year to really round out the package!
