I have a C4 IRS that I am narrowing. I was planning on making my own suspension links with some 6061 hex tubing and rod ends but keep hearing about street driving killing rod ends prematurely. This car is not a garage queen so it will likely see a more than a few rain storms. Do the dust boots work well? Other full motion joints better suited for street use? There are 16 joints that Im replacing. Id like to spend that money once and be done with it :hammer:

We use rod ends on all of our chassis, many get street used only. No problems.. Unless you use the cheap stuff. Big difference from $5 joints to $45 ones.

Thanks for the input, guys!
Any opinions on good joints to buy? FK? Aurora?

Both are pretty good. I prefer FK over Aurora personally.
