Carbonfibre Rings

I know these arnt car parts but figured its car guy related. If it's against the forum rules feel free to remove.


I make carbonfiber rings in my spare time and thought I'd try to sell off a few.
They are cut from 1/4 or 1/2 block sanded shaped and polished. I can make any size from 5-14 in a few different shapes.


Prices are: $50 for 1/4 round
$55 for 1/4 oct
$65 for 1/2 round
$70 for 1/2 oct

I do aircraft structural repair. We just bought 26 new helicopters the have a lot of carbon structure.

The blocks I use for rings I buy from a supplier.
The sheets for the letters I lay up myself.

Hopefully soon for the letters. I will be doing a few LS7 and a bunch of LSX. I do have the Xs in red but not sure how there going to turn out, it's a different material and it dosent cut very well.

I received my ring today and it is awesome! Perfect fit! I used that chart that I provided a link for on page 1 - I used a caliper and measured my ring to get the fit I wanted.

I am going to order another one soon - probably go for a 3/8" and 1/2" wide version with one of the different cf patterns.

The new pattern is a cross cut so you get 2 patterns on the same ring.

Just an update for anyone looking for carbon fiber rings. I now have 4 different patterns available. I can also take custom orders for different shapes or designs.

This is the latest pattern that ive been told wont be available again so it will be a limited run. Any size up to 1/2 wide. Price is $85-100 each.

Glad you like it. I dont think you will see to many in that pattern my supplier said the piece i have was only the second block he has ever had. Not to much for care i beat the crap out off mine. You can give it a 600 grit touch up if it gets scuffed up to much.

Just checking in on this. The carbon over titanium has held up amazingly well. Worn every day and still looks brand new. Great option for guys wanting a custom width and material that nobody else has.
