I searched but came up with nothing on this. Does anyone make a spacer for Wilwood front hubs that would allow the hub to support the center of the wheel? Right now it is just my 1/2" studs holding the wheel on. My hubs are the typical aluminum Wilwood hubs for stock spindles.

I also want to know about this.

AFAIK, Wilwood does not offer a hub-centric hub for that application, and the difficulty with making a hub-centric ring would be the taper of the snout. The ID of the spacer would vary depending on the hat thickness of the rotor.

IF your wheels are using a tapered seat lug nut there is no need to have the wheel in direct contact with the hub. The lug nuts center the wheel as they are clamping it to the hub. As long as Wilwood did their job and got the lugs in the right spot you are good to go.

I thought I read somewhere that the center of the hub was supposed to support the weight of the car and the studs just hold the wheel on. I do have tapered seat lug nuts and if it's safe I will leave it, but almost any OEM application seems to be hub centric whether the lugs are tapered or not (?)

A tapered seat lug will support the weight with no issues. Been doing this for years with just about any custom wheel I have ever installed. I have not had one custom wheel that was hub-centric, they have all been located and supported by the lug nuts. The clamping force and locating properties of 5 tapered seat lug nuts is quite conciderable so there is no reason for concern.

What he said. ^^^^^^ Not a safety/strength worry.

On strut-type front suspension, mass produced cars, it seems to help keep the shimmy out of the steering wheel. I'm a dealership guy, so I know all about having your work/product called shoddy because the customer feel's a shimmy. Whenever possible I usually spec a hubcentric wheel just to give myself and our shop guys every chance of a happy customer, but here, with top quality wheels and tires (even big ones), double a-arm front suspension, you probably won't have an issue.
All three of my personal cars are not hubcentric on their aftermarket wheels.
