Hello everyone my name is m'koi and I'm pretty new to pro touring world and I need advice. I am seventeen and I still do not own a car but I hope to get one next year when I am eighteen. I am really interested in Mopar b bodies like the 71 Plymouth scamp but I do not have the means to buy one. What I am asking is which car can obtain parts for cheap and widely available because something will most likely break

Welcome!
The Scamp is an A-body, not a B-Body.
For parts availability, head over to yearone.com and compare the different models. Or http://www.classicindustries.com/shop/mopar/ .
I am not a Mopar enthusiast, but from what I have seen the 68-70 B-Bodies have a bit of parts available, but they're also pretty expensive cars. If you can find a Scamp or anything else that is complete, you'll probably be better off in the long run. Unless you're going to try and make a gem out of a scrap pile like a lot of us do! :)

Or you can modify parts to fit, like my 1936 chevy on a dodge Dakota frame (works better than any other frame I could've used) cost is an issue as well, I'm only 15 and my project is underway. Just be sure to plan out how much it's going to be
