Anybody know where I can find out what each wire for a 4th Gen Power Seat is for? Basically I'm trying to figure out what I need to do to get power to the seats so I can set them in my car.

Outstanding. Finally I get to use this disgustingly expensive and not-all-that-helpful manual to help someone :)

Forward/back motor:
A (TAN) - entire seat forward
B (LT GRN) - entire seat back

Front height motor:
A (DK BLU) - Front height down
B (DK GRN) - Front height up

Rear height motor:
varies according to AG1 or AQ9 options.
For AG1,
A (YEL) - Rear height up
B (LT BLU) - Rear height down.
For AQ9, reverse that.

For the Power Seat Cushion (lumbar), there appears to be two connectors. One may not be relevant; hard to tell from the book.
The first connector has six plugs.
A (ORN) - Fused power
B (GRY) - Driver lumbar deflate
C (DK BLU) - Pass lumbar deflate
D (PNK) - Driver lumbar inflate
E (WHT) - Pass lateral lumbar inflate
F (LT BLU) - Pass lumbar inflate

and the second connector:
A (RED) - Driver Lateral inflate
B (GRY) - Pass lateral deflate
C (PPL) - Driver lateral deflate
D (BLK) - ground

Hope this helps.
