Im having a hell of a time getting my brakes bled properly. After you bench bleed a new master cylinder, does it need to be level in the car to properly bleed the system? I would literally have to have the rear end of my car 6' in the air to make that happen....

Right on. Just talked to Tobin@ Kore3 too. He said once they're bench bled hes never had an issue. I never have either, I was just double checking myself. I think I have a bad master cylinder.

A new AC delco 1" 2002 Right hand drive S-10 unit I got on ebay ....and i'm pretty sure it's going in the garbage after I smash it with a hammer. It bench bleeds fine and the second you put it it on the car and start to bleed the lines there is air in it. Iv'e been fighting it for literally 12+ hours at this point. Now its leaking out of the rear port and it wont seal. I'm pretty sure i'm just going to pony up for a Wilwood 1" unit and be done.

Are you doing power or manual?

Power with a 9" dual diaphragm booster and a Wilwood adjustable prop valve. All recommended by Tobin.
