Right now I have standard leaf spring rear suspension but I want to be able to put the widest tires I can without tubbing. I don't want to mess with my back seat but my engine has 725hp so I want to get some of that to the ground? So which suspension will allow me to do that?

What are you driving and what do you want to do with the car? Are you just going to cruise and go after the groceries, drag race, road race, or autocross?

I have a 69 Camaro and I will be cruising with the occasional drag race maybe.

I would contact Chris Alston Chassis works and see what they can do for you. I do not have any current experience with suspension setups for drag racing.

Cal-Trak bars and good, adjustable shocks will get you there without tearing up the suspension. 10.5 guys do this all time on skinny drag radials.
If drag racing is not your full time goal and all you want is some wide tires for "the looks" do some measuring and stuff the biggest tire you can into the car. Without a tub you are looking at possibly 305's, max if you get your wheel back spacing and offsets zeroed in.

Budget?
Our full chassis is a great solution, as it is strong enough to take the beating of a 700hp engine and includes a new rear end to also support that power. Not to mention the ride quality and handling is MUCH better, and you'll be with the modern times- big brakes, coilovers, rack and pinion, etc.
If not, some of the above options are "ok".

Hi, I know this is late but I just came across this thread while looking for another. Our g-Link rear suspension can handle the power level you have, no problem, and will allow you to take advantage of all the room in the stock wheel tubs. THIS CAR (http://www.cachassisworks.com/cac_testimonials_LittlefiledCamaro.html) has our g-Link system and won the CHP Nats autocross then ran 12.24 at 122 on the strip on the same day with the same tires. If you check out that link it will have additional links that will take you to more information about the suspension systems and individual components.
