The Forgeline wheels showed up today, and and all we can say is Holy Crap!! These are the hottest wheels I have ever seen! The quality is so perfect, it will be ashamed to get them dirty. Of coarse we already knew this after doing Bill's GTO with Forgelines also.
The tires are Pirelli 345/25/20s, 14" wide, the fronts are 295/30/19, 12" wide, so we gots a little tire on it.
If anyone is intersted in the ultimate in wheels, I suggest checking out Forgeline.com then come on over to GPSuperstore and we can hook you up with a great deal.
A special thanks to Tom and Mark for doing a incredible job, on schedule. Their service was fantastic.

Frank, those have to be of the finest rolling stock I have seen....I have been a big fan of the Forgeline ever since seeing them on Steve1969LS1's Bad Penny. But they are way out of my league price wise. I cant wait to see some pics of them on the car.

Our rears are 20 X 12s, the front are 19 X 11s, in those sizes, with the GP Store dicount, there a $5000 set of wheels. These wheel are competitors for Fiske, HRE, and the likes. Most true 3 piece quality wheels are in this range. Very popular in the Porshe, Viper market place. They are light as hell, the mounted 345/ 20 is lighter then a mounted 335 / 18 we have here on Budnicks. They also balance up with hardly any weight.

I really appreciate you donoring those to my project when you return from SEMA Frank. I just don't know how to express my gratitude in words!
And exactly what porky portly 335 Budnik are you reffering to!! :squint:

those look killer! yeah, my Iforged after balancing had zero weight on both front and very small amount on rear. a true quality 3 piece wheel is worth every penny. :)

A question for all you real pro-touring guys. Do these tire and wheel sizes make Frank and his son Mike Posers also? Did he just join the club?
LOL

That would be a yes !.....but then Dodge put the same tire on the rear of Vipers so they are Posers too....
They look great Frank. Tom and company are remarkable with their products and service. I have seen my tires and wheels on prodigy and I can tell everyone it is the stuff. That car has a look and stance like no other camaro I have seen.

Frank, I do like the wheels...but for that money (and a sema car) WHY are the insides not polished???

I noticed that the insides were not polished as well....but, after looking at it and thinking about it I think it's the right thing to do. By not polishing the inside the polished outer and spokes really pop. When the inside is polished it reflects the spokes and everything else and the face of the wheel isn't set off as much. Thats just me though.
There are a bunch of things about my car that most people don't agree with.

I actually asked about polishing the back halves, But was talked out of it and am happy now. I think Kevin nailed it with the spoke poping of the matte surface. Plus withall polished suspension, we need some contrast under there. It should make the piloished stuff show up better.
