was wondering what you 1st gen guys with wide tires (275 or wider) run for inner fenderwells? I thought I'd give a try at widening the stock ones. Heres a shot at the passenger in the works. I have a DSE sub and planning on 275 18's on a 9.5" wide wheel.

Anvil Auto makes some nice ones in carbon fiber or fiberglass.

Not sure why you're modifying your inner fenders. I'm running a DSE subframe with 18x10 6.6"BS wheels and 275s front and stock un-modifed inner fenders. Not a single clearance issue or tire rub in nearly 8000 street miles. The only change from stock is that I replaced the stock hex head bolts that attach the inner fender at the wheel well with button head allen bolts.

Sorry to jack the thread but what size wheels are you running and also what is your offset? I too have the DSE subframe and would love to put 275's on the front.

I got a 69 with 18 x 10's up front with a dse clip- i broke down and ordered the anvils frim classic industries- they're on back order- they give more room for when tires are fully turned and more room around shock area- smooth also if u want- pricey but hey- we got camaros!

The factory wheelhouses can be modified too- just a lot of time and work- i just went with carbon fiber over fiberglass-
