Might need a project car hauled about 180 miles. Car is a drivable, but hasn't went more than around the block in 10-15 years I am told. I'd hate to break down miles from home, or worse yet, have something break and hurt myself and/or others.

Anyone know of a good transporter for a reasonable price?

From Ventura to Ridgecrest. About 180 miles.

Sale is not finalized, but just trying to arrange or at least see if I can find someone if it works out for me.

I wouldn't mind helping you out but honestly once you were to pay me for fuel round trip and even just $100 for my time it would probably be cheaper just to check with a commercial transport company. What about renting a car trailer from U Haul?

I would have to rent a truck as well, since my subaru daily couldn't tow anything that big. So I'd have to rent a van + a trailer which I could do if it came down to it. But might have found something else that wouldn't need towed.

AAA depending on the person's yearly mileage. Also if your already have AAA you can upgrade it to 100 miles or 200 miles at any time and only pay about $25 to $45 extra a year. It's worth it.
